You agree by completing your review on the Insightful Edge assessment system, that the data you provide may be used in conjunction with other performance data to identify areas for development, determine how the individual(s) can best be supported to succeed in their current role(s). You agree that because Insightful Edge is a global organisation your data may be transferred internationally. However, Insightful Edge seeks to protect your data by complying with the principles of the EU Data Protection Directive. You have certain rights to see and correct this data.

United Kingdom Data Protection Law:
All data collected and stored by Insightful Edge falls under United Kingdom and European Data Protection legislation, which permits us only to use the data for the purpose for which it was collected, and prevents us from selling it. We cannot export this data to countries which have less secure data protection legislation without direct permission from the clients' whose data we hold. To find our record in the register of Data Controllers search the Data Protection Public Register by clicking here. The register does not support permanent links to register entries. We can be searched for by company name Insightful Edge or by our registration code Z9948273. Data sent to customers and consultants outside Europe would fall under their local legal system. Questions about this should be addressed to the individual concerned.
