The Performance Accelerator tools
|
The Performance Accelerator range has been designed to help organisations and schools to understand their climate and create measurable step changes in performance. The Team Performance Accelerator (TPA) is most often used by staff and management teams to create a snapshot of current climate. The tool helps teams to focus on the key issues they face, identify root causes, target areas for development and track progress towards their goals.
The Executive Team Accelerator (ETA) is recommended for use by Senior Leadership and Governor teams. The ETA looks at a wider spectrum than the TPA. Whilst focusing on the same fundamental dimensions of performance, the ETA also recognises the remit and priorities of senior teams. |
